Ritual Meets Radiance — Alchemy of Glow

In this hands-on workshop, I’ll guide you through a mini Ayurvedic facial tutorial you can easily weave into your weekly self-care ritual.

We’ll begin with a dosha quiz to help you discover your unique mind-body type because knowing your dosha means knowing how to truly nourish yourself, especially as we move into the grounding season of fall.

Together, we’ll explore gentle self-lymphatic drainage to support circulation and glow from within, and use breathwork to anchor the nervous system before moving into candle making, intention setting, and a touch of vision boarding to welcome what’s next.

Come curious, leave radiant—and ready to carry your glow into every season.

As the seasons shift, so do the needs of our bodies and minds.

Fall encourages us to ground ourselves, embrace change, and find the balance between movement and stillness. This time of year invites us to listen more deeply to what we need and explore how we can meet those needs, both on and off the mat.

Kneeling Extended Side Angle is a powerful way to root down while expanding outward. Pressing the arm into the inner leg and the leg into the arm creates a sense of grounding, while the side body stretches and opens.

It’s a beautiful reminder of how we can stay anchored yet continue to grow.

From here, two variations offer new ways to play and explore:

1. Kneeling Half Moon with a Sugar Cane Stretch: A combination of balance and stretch, this variation invites us to notice how our bodies shift and open as we move into the quad stretch, finding both strength and release.
2. Low Flying Airplane: Hovering in a lunge with both heels lifted and arms stretched back, this pose creates a sensation of gliding. It’s a reminder that even in grounded moments, we can move with lightness and grace.

Which variation are you trying?
