The time has come to retire Journey into the Soul Wellness Center. This center will always have a very special place in my heart. It was here, through my practice of Reiki and Mindfulness, that I passionately started this privileged journey… having a dream job doing what I love so much, empowering people near and far on their unique journeys. Whether it was regarding your career path, a relationship issue, family trauma, grief and loss, or physical, emotional, and mental illness, no issue was ever too small or too big for us to acknowledge, process and heal together. It has been a privilege having the opportunity to meet and mentor countless amazing clients. Over the years I have witnessed the heart-warming growth in each one of you. I smiled each and every time you stepped foot into the center, pausing and taking a deep breath, perhaps a sigh of relief.. or a feeling of being “home”… the knowing that you were in exactly the right place at the right time to nurture your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. This will always give me great joy to know that the center has provided you with unspeakable feelings of safety, nourishment and love. For many of you, this work was not easy but always worth it. For me it has simply been an honor to serve you. Thank you for trusting me with your hearts and souls.
Although the center will close in August, my journey will continue to grow and evolve. I am open to the infinite possibilities that the gift of Reiki has blessed me with and look forward to this next chapter. God always has a plan and I will embrace it with an open heart.
To those practitioners who have filled the center with so much love… Neli, Pam, Courtney and Meghan, I love you all and thank you for all your special gifts, love, laughter and support. Thank you for joining me on this beautiful journey.

Reiki sessions at Journey into the Soul are experienced fully clothed in private, tranquil rooms on treatment tables or in chairs, depending on the client’s needs and preference. Soft, meditative music is played. Eye pillows and blankets are offered. The Reiki practitioner uses light touch from the head to the feet, front and back of the body. Those who are sensitive to touch may also benefit from a reiki session. Upon request, the practitioner channels energy above the body.
