Be the connection between our programs and the community. Build relationships with hospitals, therapists, schools, PCPs, and referral partners while helping individuals and families access quality mental health care. 💬🌎
✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
✔ Knowledge of behavioral health systems a plus
✔ Passion for advocacy and access to care ❤️
🤍📋 Case Manager
Support clients as they navigate treatment, resources, and aftercare planning. Help coordinate services, reduce barriers, and ensure continuity of care across all levels of outpatient mental health services. 🧭✨
✔ Experience in behavioral health
✔ Highly organized, compassionate, and client-centered
✔ Familiarity with insurance and community resources helpful
🧠💬 Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, Psych, etc.)
Provide individual and group therapy across our PHP, IOP, and Outpatient Mental Health programs. Join a collaborative, trauma-informed, evidence-based clinical team. 💪📚
✔ Massachusetts licensed or license-eligible
✔ Experience with group facilitation and documentation
✔ Passion for healing, growth, and whole-person care 💙
