What if you told yourself that tonight at 6:00, All you have to do is breathe….🧘 join the Studio at NBX for a drop in session

Feeling stuck, overthinking, or holding tension you can’t quite name?

Join us for a 45-minute pop-up Breathwork & Meditation designed to gently regulate the nervous system and create internal safety — without forcing change.

This practice focuses on awareness over intention, releasing unconscious mental rehearsal, and helping the body experience a new baseline of calm.

Thursday, January 29 | 6:00 PM
All levels welcome.

Sometimes it's hard to see the future when you are locked in to today. If we take a step back and consider how we will feel when we look back on all of the todays, it may give us the shift we need to make changes. Take a moment or two to watch this if you haven't already. Start small, what is something more meaningful you can do this week to replace 30 minutes of screen time.

Adam's story from The Autism Project highlights the power of support in neurodiverse individuals. His reflections on his life journey are insightful, read along to learn more.

“For years, I thought I was just… getting by.”

Adam didn’t know he was autistic until he was 40. For decades, he masked, adapted, and quietly navigated work, family, and social life. When he and his daughter received their diagnoses, it was both confusing and illuminating — a chance to finally understand himself, his challenges, and his strengths.

In this installment of Voices of the Spectrum, Adam shares his journey of surviving, learning to thrive, and discovering what true support looks like for autistic adults. His story is honest, heartfelt, and a reminder that every autistic voice matters.
