Well butter my biscuit and call me happy - it’s National Waffle Day, y’all! Our Chef, Gaetan, is servin’ up a down-home favorite for our residents: crispy Southern fried chicken snuggled up with warm, fluffy waffles. Mmm… tastes like sweet Southern sunshine!
