This is Audrey and Madison of the Girl Scouts of America. 🥧 They so graciously made apple pies for our residents, and we are incredibly thankful for their kindness. These amazing twins are turning 9 this Friday - with Madison, on the right, being 3 minutes older than Audrey!

Thank you, girls, for your generosity and thoughtfulness. Our residents will be so grateful (and very happy because they love apple pie!). 🍎What you’re doing is truly special, and the compassion, skills, and values you’re learning now are shaping you into the wonderful young people you are becoming. 🇺🇸 Today, we honor all who have served. Our in-house veteran, Elizabeth, visited her Marine husband’s grave with their daughter, Patty. Both Elizabeth and her husband, Ben, proudly served in the Marines, where their story began. Together, they built a big, beautiful family and a lasting legacy of love and service. ❤️🤍💙
