Had the best collab session with these two! 🤝

Our client Jason came in for an end-stage assessment after finishing his rehab elsewhere for a shoulder dislocation. His goal is to compete in a Spartan race this fall without re-injuring his shoulder. On Friday, he brought his personal trainer Erica Garland to our session. We discussed the results from his strength and power testing and got to work on a collaborative plan to optimize shoulder stability and gradually progress into Spartan-specific challenges. 💪

At Empower, we love taking a team-based approach with trusted trainers and strength coaches in order to give our clients the best possible outcome. As a client, you’re always welcome to have your coach join our session!

Brendan sought us out for rehab in conjunction with his shockwave treatments with . He had trialed popular tendinopathy programs and self-management for well over 6 months without success. Through his consistency and our tailored approach, Brendan began to optimize his rehab program as well as his workouts to restart CrossFit. He’s now back to knee dominant movements and knows how to continue his progress for the future.

From day one, Empower has chosen to be out-of-network with insurance companies, allowing us to provide the highest level of care that involves one-on-one, performance focused rehab and greater freedom to carry out your care in a way that prioritizes your specific needs and goals. We continue to provide “superbills” for our patients to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We are proud to announce that we are now also offering complimentary claim filing, saving our patients the time and headache of having to go through this process themselves. Many of our patients with out-of-network benefits see anywhere from 60-90% of their out of pocket costs being reimbursed by insurance. We are thrilled to help you maximize your insurance benefits through , ensuring you receive the reimbursement you deserve.

Amazing results for yesterday on force plate retesting! I’ve been collaborating with Coach Emily to optimize Shane’s program over the past year to prevent recurrent episodes of back pain. Over the past 6 months, he’s had almost complete symptom resolution and big improvements when we look at the data too! We retested his countermovement jump, squat jump, single leg jump, isometric mid thigh pull, and isometric squat. Across the board we saw marked improvements in:
✔️ Peak force
✔️ Reactive strength index
✔️ Rate of force development
✔️ Jump height
✔️ Limb symmetry

Great work Shane!! Teamwork (alongside time, consistency and effort) makes the dream work!
