What is MTHFR?
The MTHFR gene initiates the Methylation Cycle, a crucial process involved in over 200 bodily functions. The MTHFR enzyme’s main job is to irreversibly convert 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate into 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-methyl-THF), which is the primary active form of folate circulating in your body.

Ducy Samos

Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reflexologist

Ducy has been drawn to the holistic field for many years, and in 2014, she began her professional journey by enrolling in a certificate program for Reflexology. Starting with the foundational understanding gained through reflexology, she developed a deep appreciation for the human body. She believes in the mind and spirit’s innate power to heal. She continued her studies by enrolling in the Ridley Lowell Massage Therapy Certificate program, where she expanded her knowledge of the body.

Ducy brings a deep reverence for the healing energy of spirit into her work, intuitively creating a custom session for each client. She blends relaxation, deep tissue, myofacial techniques, and energy work to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. She intuitively integrates energy work to create space for transformation and healing.

Ducy believes in ancient traditions that honor the interconnectedness of all living beings and the natural world. This informs her approach, allowing her to guide her clients toward a greater sense of balance and connection.
