I promised you skin and honesty, so here it is 🙂 I am 52, and I never felt better. But not in a past.
I always felt bad about my body. I felt my belly was to big, my thighs were to thick. I was alwas envious to see woman with their lean body, skinny legs narrow frame and flat bellies. And I wasn't that. I was always that girl with wide bones, o-shaped legs...
And than pregnancy, postpartum...all those changes that my body went through. My fist son was complicated forceps labor, second son 18 months later. Then I didn't felt pretty down there neither. We woman go through soo much , physically, hormonally, mentally. It is sometimes insane. And than another surprise, UI, so jumping jacks were out of question 🤣 I was able to have V-revive shot that took care of that - Thanks god.
Then postpartum weightgain..., I was not able to loose it, pounds were just not going away and just when I thoughti am getting a bit handle of my body.....unvanted visitor came...perimenopause - my mood was off the wack. Sleepless night, laying in bed, waiting for mirracle to fall asleep. How many of you know that? And then those moods, like PMSing all the time!!! Sweats, vaginal dryness, loss of libido. All that beauty 🙃 well I was not willing to live like that. Honestly I went slowly step by step to fix things up. Mentioned this to my doctir, you know the answear was no answer. So I am truly lucky, because 2 MDs i have on Shine team are dealing with hormonal replacement therapy. Dr. Cela Doppelt, obgyn put me on cream / Am, pm and vuala here I came back to my normal me, how I used to be. Right Supplementation helped as well.
Then the physical part...I had Liposuction of my belly, and later Liposuction of inner thighs. I also do regimented intermittent fasting. I also gave up sugar 3 years ago. I go to Chiropractor weekly now for over a year. And I am back doing what I am showing you here. My body and my spirited mind are alive, energetic, playful and alligned with universe and my feminine archetype.
