All That Matters yoga + wellness is a hub for wellbeing in Southern Rhode Island. Founded in 1995, All That Matters has blossomed into New England's largest non-residential yoga and holistic health center. We offer over 60 in studio and live stream yoga classes a week, plus yoga teacher trainings, workshops and programs. Our holistic health services include therapeutic massage, reflexology, reiki, acupuncture, chiropractic, and holistic coaching. All That Matters’ mission is to educate, inspire, and support the community to continually grow toward, and maintain, optimal health and well being. We believe in serving others to make the world a healthier, happier place one person, and one community at a time. We believe “Inner peace leads to world peace and that’s all that matters”. In this special mini-retreat, we’ll sink into a soft and sacred space of stillness to welcome a peaceful transition from Winter into Spring.
A deeply nourishing practice, restorative yoga gives us the gift of slowing down, relaxing the body, and finding space within the mind.
Yoga poses are experienced by lying passively over props such as blankets and bolsters, allowing the body to be fully held without having to exert any effort.

Conscious relaxation balances the nervous system, alleviating stress and allowing us to surrender layers of deeply held tension to create an environment of healing in the body and mind.
This quiet and receptive practice is beneficial for all, especially in times of stress or when in need of replenishment. Carve out the time for yourself to rest, recharge, and plant seeds of intention for an upcoming season of growth and renewal.

Flow from winter to spring with inner warmth during this expressive arts experience on Saturday, March 28th.
We’ll start with a grounding cup of warm tea,
inviting you into a few mindful moments.
From there, we will use the multi-modal expressive arts to interact with the beauty we had this winter - dry leaves, rough and smooth rocks, decaying limbs, and other winter walk finds.
We invite you to bring three-five natural or small objects that remind you of winter.
We will work with the artifacts of winter, as we begin our own path of self-discovery into spring.
The physical objects we leave with could then be reminders of the joys and warmth of winter that nourish the seeds of our burgeoning spring!
During this workshop, you will be invited to move, connect, create, play, feel, and awaken creativity and connection.
Hosted by tEACo, the Expressive Arts Collaborative, dedicated to fostering a non-discriminatory, inclusive, and safe environment that encourages self-discovery and personal growth through experiential learning, play, creativity, and cultural exchange.

Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga involves using yoga props and self-massage tools to release tension, improve movement, and return connective tissue to a healthier state. It is not only excellent for relieving general discomforts, but also reducing chronic pain, enhancing athletic training and recovery, accelerating healing from injury and surgery, and more.

This month, Sunday, March 15th, our focus is on shoulder mobility! We’ll explore self-massage techniques for the rotator cuff and more, freeing up the shoulder girdle for better posture, easier movement, and less chronic pain.

- I’m not flexible at all
- I can’t touch my toes
- I don’t get it
- I can’t meditate
- I tried it once, it’s not for me
- I need a work out, yoga is just stretching
- I don’t know what “namaste” means
- I’m worried I’ll look silly

Yoga is so much more than the postures + flexibility is not a prerequisite.
Yoga is for Everyone | Everybody + offers many gifts including stress release, deeper states of relaxation, normalized blood pressure and a balance of strength, stillness and softness.
We believe if you can tune into your breath, you can do yoga.
Most students who practice yoga find an increase in vitality and an overall sense of well-being.
Whether for wellness, fitness, relaxation or as a stepping stone to higher awareness, yoga has the inherent power to make a profound and positive difference in your life.

Welcome to our Healing Arts Team Gabrielle!
She brings a nervous-system-centered approach to massage and movement, grounded in applied polyvagal theory and somatic, holistic wellness.

With a deep curiosity for how breath, fascia, and the lymphatic system inform nervous system regulation and the body’s felt sense of safety and meaning, her work supports resilience and ease throughout the whole body.

Drawing from her background as a yoga instructor and her training at SpaTech Institute, Gabrielle integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and body-based awareness into her massage practice. She offers therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage massage + cupping—adapting pressure and technique to meet each client’s unique needs and capacity. Principles of holistic manual lymphatic drainage inform Gabrielle’s approach, particularly in relation to flow, pacing, and attunement throughout her sessions.

Gabrielle’s sessions emphasize safety, presence, and collaboration, creating space for the body to soften, reorganize, and restore. With roots in creative practice and community-centered work, she weaves gentle curiosity and attunement into every session, inviting clients to reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels supportive, grounded, and sustainable.
