All That Matters yoga + wellness is a hub for wellbeing in Southern Rhode Island. Founded in 1995, All That Matters has blossomed into New England's largest non-residential yoga and holistic health center. We offer over 60 in studio and live stream yoga classes a week, plus yoga teacher trainings, workshops and programs. Our holistic health services include therapeutic massage, reflexology, reiki, acupuncture, chiropractic, and holistic coaching. All That Matters’ mission is to educate, inspire, and support the community to continually grow toward, and maintain, optimal health and well being. We believe in serving others to make the world a healthier, happier place one person, and one community at a time. We believe “Inner peace leads to world peace and that’s all that matters”. Let go of all the reasons “you can’t do yoga”:
- I’m not flexible at all
- I can’t touch my toes
- I don’t get it
- I can’t meditate
- I tried it once, it’s not for me
- I need a work out, yoga is just stretching
- I don’t know what “namaste” means
- I’m worried I’ll look silly

Yoga is so much more than the postures + flexibility is not a prerequisite.
Yoga is for Everyone | Everybody + offers many gifts including stress release, deeper states of relaxation, normalized blood pressure and a balance of strength, stillness and softness.
We believe if you can tune into your breath, you can do yoga.
Most students who practice yoga find an increase in vitality and an overall sense of well-being.

Resilience is the process and outcome of successfully adapting to challenging life experiences, especially through mental, emotional, and behavioral flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.

How can yoga promote resilience?
The physical, mental, and spiritual practice of yoga helps individuals face large or small challenges so that they can flow with greater ease with what is happening. The key to building stress resilience and increasing health and happiness is embracing what is – rather than clinging to how things “should” be.
Yoga provides an opportunity to examine how you respond to physical, and mental challenges and to create healthy responses. In this way, yoga allows one to make use of the wonderful gift of neuroplasticity-your brain’s ability to change itself.
The better your brain and mind are at adapting to change, the easier it becomes to meet stress head-on.
The trick is to befriend change and embrace the wobbling. This is resilience.

Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga involves using yoga props and self-massage tools (see below) to release tension, improve movement, and return connective tissue to a healthier state. It is not only excellent for relieving general discomforts, but also reducing chronic pain, enhancing athletic training and recovery, accelerating healing from injury and surgery, and more.

This month, Saturday, January 24th, our focus is on the hard-working neck! We’ll explore self-massage techniques that relieve chronic neck tension and restore postural integrity by freeing up the spine and upper torso.

On January 17, 2026 we honor 4 years since our evolution to a non-profit 501c3, and we head into our 31st year as a yoga + wellness community. ⁣⁣

NOW we have more exciting news to share! ⁣⁣
This new studio is moving just a few blocks down, to 355 Main Street, ⁣⁣the former Wakefield Tattoo Shop. ⁣⁣This new location offers more space, more light + historic charm for our expanded ATMY+W programming.⁣⁣

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞? ⁣⁣⁣⁣
In the past four years, we have taken a very intentional approach to growing our yoga schedule + programming.⁣⁣
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐀 will be our “Annex”, with the goal of limiting disruption to our existing classes when we offer trainings + workshops, and more space to introduce more offerings!⁣⁣

A Vision Board is a creation of images assembled in a meaningful way which depict your dreams, goals, ideas and inspirations. A “vision” or “blueprint” for life or specific situations, such as career direction, vacation bucket list, or an emotional shift needed. Think of it as a way to sell your own ideas to yourself, to anchor to your dreams and to allow the magic of manifestation to work in your life. Finally!

Through simple, creative collage-making, you’ll slow down, practice mindfulness, and reconnect with what truly matters. A vision board is an act of self-care—helping you clarify what brings joy,
purpose, and calm.
Treat yourself to a fun, joyful afternoon with like-minded friends after the busy-ness of the holiday season has passed. Whether you’re exploring new goals or shaping your next chapter, you’ll leave with a meaningful visual reminder of the life you want to cultivate.
All materials (boards, scissors, glue, magazines) are included, but of course if you have your own images already stashed away, please feel free to bring them with you!

Step into a deeply restorative sound journey every month at ATMY+W with SoundBird Jennifer Albamonti.
This monthly sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect through layers of vibration and frequency. You will be guided by
the resonant tones of the gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, shakers, shruti box, bells, and Jenn’s melodic, ethereal vocals.
These sounds work together to gently quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and support deep relaxation and self awareness.
No experience is necessary.
Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you into a state of calm, balance, and inner spaciousness.
Perfect for stress relief, emotional release, and restoring harmony in body and spirit.
