Hi all!

Happy September! I hope it’s been a smooth back to school start for those of you in school or with school aged kids! Not long until Fall will be upon us! Looking forward to warm cozy massage season!

Big month this September! I’ve got new oil, a new workshop, a package sale and of course, openings!!

📚Don’t neglect yourself when school starts up again! Grab the 9 month health and wellness package! 9 one hour sessions plus an “extra credit” 30 minutes added to one session! Fall onto the table and out of the chaos of life!

This seasons health coaching workshop will be focused on life balance! We will be looking at different areas of life and how they fall out of balance, and how we can regain that balance!⚖️

I hope everyone made it through the heat wave and the rainy weekends! Looks like we might be onto some actual SUMMER weather!
