The Cleavers shimmy is mandatory 💃 It’s nickname is Sticky W***y for very good reasons.

I simply blend it with water then strain. I drink it straight or with lemon, salt, and maple syrup. My husband drinks a big glass, my body enjoys a smaller amount. Cleavers is great for the lymphatic system. Wild plant medicine for the win!

This is not doctor’s advice. Make sure you positively identify a plant before eating/drinking and make sure you don’t have an allergy to it.

The seaweed will be low in the layers - first cardboard, then seaweed so Angie says the salt won’t be an issue.

It’s also sitting in the yard while we source our next organic layer so it will get rained on and wash some of the salt away.

I’ll share a Q&A with Angie, so ask any permaculture or regenerative gardening questions in the comments!
