Our growing office is seeking out a friendly and detail-oriented member to join our team!
The Chiropractic Assistant is responsible for rooming patients, charting patients, performing therapies, and assisting the Doctor throughout patient care. Chiropractic knowledge is a plus but we are willing to train anyone who is the right fit!

Starting salary is $11-$13 per hour, based on experience, with the potential for advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcomes all visitors and clients to the office in a professional manner.
• Monitors the waiting room, attends to patient needs and ensures the office runs on time by placing the patient in a specified treatment room and preparing them for treatment by the Doctor.
• Takes some general diagnostic information including blood pressure, temperature, height, and weight, and records this for the doctor’s use in the examination and treatment.
• Distributes educational information to patients as instructed by the Doctor.
• Perform patient therapies including, but not limited to; ultrasound, electro-therapy, spinal decompression, and cold laser.
• Maintains client confidentiality in conformance with agency confidentiality policy and state laws and regulations.
• Abides by HIPAA laws regarding the sharing of personal medical information.
• Participates in scheduled office meetings.
• Keeps the office clean and presentable, performs cleaning tasks in order to maintain the office environment.
• Answers telephones; screens calls, forwards calls or messages accurately.
• Checkout, reschedule and take patient payment at the time of service.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Typing ability at required speed and accuracy.

• Flexibility in responding courteously to immediate needs of visitors and callers; ability to establish priorities and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions.
• Must be willing to undergo further training for general office procedures, performing therapy treatments, and more.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must have strong communications skills and be able to relate to people from all walks of life.
• Must be proficient with technology with fast typing skills and ability to learn medical software programs.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision most of the time.
