Vision Board Cricle🤩

Saturday December 30th @ 6pm✨️🌙

Gather in circle with us and reflect on the past year, sip on some tea and get out the scissors and glue sticks and create a vision board of your own design to inspire your direction for the upcoming year.🧘‍♀️⚖️

There are many ways to frame a vision board, we will have some guided ideas/outlines or just go with your flow and create a board or collage that speaks your language🖍✂️🎨

We will have all of the things ( but of course you can bring some old magazines if you have any on hand.)

Sliding scale studio donations 10$ 15$ or 20$ 🪬

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.🥨🫖

This past Mondays yoga circle was magic. ✨️
We moved through a gentle asana practice, invited in some magic with bubbles and honored the coming of winter.❄️
I open space at the end of class to incorpate oracle decks and journaling. ✏️
Hot tea and bubbly water always available.🫖

Next circle tomorrow night 🌙 at 630pm.

Come and join us as we gather in Circle to learn about our Chakras.🤩
In this 7 session series we will cover the 7 main Chakras from Root to Crown.✨️
Each session will include a breif "lecture" on the Chakra we are focusing on, an asana practice inspired by the connection and support of that Chakra and an expansion on supports that include herbs🌱 , essential oils and crystals 🔮 that also aid in Chakra opening and alignment.
We will gather in circle on Sunday afternoons from 1pm to 3pm beginning on Sunday June 11th.
