So many women over 40 are walking through life ๐—ฎ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—บ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐˜€โ€ฆ
and they donโ€™t even realize it.

Not intentionally.
Not because theyโ€™re weak.
But because theyโ€™ve been trained their whole lives to:

put everyone first

I was heading to the gym one dayโ€ฆ talking fast, rushing, feeling โ€œfine.โ€

I ran into 7-Eleven for a bottle of water, grabbed it, and walked right out of the store.

Without paying.

I looked down at my hand and thought,
โ€œL๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐—ฎโ€ฆ ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด?"

I stepped back in, paid, sat in my car โ€” and my hands were shaking.

I checked my blood sugar: ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฐ.

In that moment, I realized something powerful:
If I, a nurse and diabetes specialist, could miss the signsโ€ฆ
so could any woman trying to push through her day while her body is calling for help.

Thatโ€™s why I do this work.

Because so many women are walking around exhausted, unfocused, overwhelmed โ€” and they think itโ€™s โ€œjust stressโ€ or โ€œjust getting older.โ€

Itโ€™s not.

Weโ€™re only 8 weeks away from a brand-new year.
