If I wasn’t worried about hurting your feelings, here’s what I’d say as a T2 Diabetes Remission Coach:
1️⃣ Type 2 diabetes is the #7 cause of death in the U.S. — and it directly feeds the top 6. This is not “manageable.” It’s dangerous when ignored.
2️⃣ Women with T2 diabetes have a 4x higher risk of stroke. Not someday. Not hypothetically. Statistically.
3️⃣ Alzheimer’s is now being called Type 3 diabetes. Blood sugar doesn’t just damage your body — it damages your brain.
4️⃣ Type 2 diabetes is not bad luck.
It’s your body’s check-engine light screaming that the system is breaking down.
5️⃣ And here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
You are not the victim. You are the perpetrator.
You must eat a certain way, move a certain way, and live a certain way to keep Type 2 diabetes.
That doesn’t make you bad.
It makes this changeable.
This isn’t about blame — it’s about responsibility.
And responsibility is powerful, because it means remission is possible.
💬 Moms, which one of these made you uncomfortable — and why?
