SPRING Group Fitness Fair!!!
If you live or know someone in the Parklands Community in White Plains , MD come join us for our group fitness fair!! We will have demonstrations from our zumba, dance fitness and even mobility stretching. Snacks and trinkets PLUS photo other and lots of fun!!!

JESUS WILL REMEMBER ME!!!!
My Baby preached a WORD yesterday!! And my youngest gave the offering prayer!!! Thank you to our Youth Ministry Leader Minister Kendra for her vision of having the youth Minister the 7 last words of Christ!! SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MY MOMMA Reverend Shae Best for working with our baby to deliver a WORD with Holy BOLDNESS and intentionally!!! Not just our baby but all the youth too! And to our Youth Choir director Mrs. Ramona Kerley WE APPRECIATE you working with the youth to prepare to sing!
All the youth who served yesterday did an AMAZING JOB!
To our Family and Village we soooo appreciate you showing up and SHOWING out for our babies!!!

Hi Friends!!! I am Dee and I am so excited to be in the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) family!!! I have been dancing all of my life. I have experience in jazz, tap, ballet, modern, and marching band dance. I started taking Zumba about 5 years ago to change up my workout routines and I fell in LOVE with Zumba.
Like every other wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend in the world we have to make time for ourselves and to take care of our bodies. We DESERVE some ME TIME!!!!I want you to know I am just like every other woman trying to find ways to stay healthy and active.
I am the owner of The Welch Wellness Program. We are a family business. My zumba fitness business is one way we work together on our wellness journey . We want to encourage you to be the best version of yourself! The best way to do that is to stay honest about your goals. Your wellness journey (physical, mental, emotional, etc.) is more successful when you are a part of a support community.
Our class is ALWAYS a PARTTAYYY!!! I promise you will have a great time! Tag a friend, bring a friend! Zumba is ALWAYS better with a dance partner!
