As ZIN I want to introduce and create a more diversity for Zumba! Zumba Fitness is a great way to get your cardio and have FUN! Black Girls Zumba is apart of the Welch Wellness Program, LLC that focuses on men and women physical, mental and spiritual wellness.

I am beyond grateful for my Zumba tribe!!!! 🥹 They came together and surprised me with so much love—gifts, signs, and all—for my birthday. I was completely shocked in the best way!

THIS is why we dance together: to spread joy, love, community, friendship, and celebration.

Hi Friends!!! I am Dee and I am so excited to be in the Zumba Instructor Network (ZIN) family!!! I have been dancing all of my life. I have experience in jazz, tap, ballet, modern, and marching band dance. I started taking Zumba about 5 years ago to change up my workout routines and I fell in LOVE with Zumba.

Like every other wife, mom, daughter, sister, friend in the world we have to make time for ourselves and to take care of our bodies. We DESERVE some ME TIME!!!!I want you to know I am just like every other woman trying to find ways to stay healthy and active.

I am the owner of The Welch Wellness Program. We are a family business. My zumba fitness business is one way we work together on our wellness journey . We want to encourage you to be the best version of yourself! The best way to do that is to stay honest about your goals. Your wellness journey (physical, mental, emotional, etc.) is more successful when you are a part of a support community.

Our class is ALWAYS a PARTTAYYY!!! I promise you will have a great time! Tag a friend, bring a friend! Zumba is ALWAYS better with a dance partner!
