Our goal at SAGE is to support and foster the sense of holistic health, mindfulness and peace in the surrounding community and far reaching. We offer information and resources about natural remedies and medicine options to achieve and maintain optimal health. Whether you are experiencing pain or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing in healing and friendly and welcoming environment, we have something for you!
Holistic remedies strengthen your whole being; address conditions for true healing within and not simply treating symptoms; supplement your current medical care; and help you cope with problems, such as depression, trauma, fatigue or pain. SAGE helps you achieve complete wellness by addressing the physical, mental and emotional issues that can hold you back from achieving a balanced mind, body and spirit and optimal health.
Our physical space soon to open in Waldorf, MD will provide complementary, alternative, natural, holistic healing methods and services to the local community to include: massage therapy, sound therapy, halotherapy (salt), chromotherapy (color) and aromatherapy; yoga, meditation, nutrition, and alternative holistic health classes and workshops; one-on-one consultations - for clients with specific health conditions to address; and various natural and herbal products, including CBD infusions, teas and tinctures, and hair and body care are available to you.
