Titanium is the material of choice for dental implants because it is highly biocompatible, meaning the body readily accepts it, and bone cells can attach directly to it. The dental implant fuses with the jawbone through a biological process called osseointegration. After our team surgically places the titanium implant post into your jawbone, your body begins a series of healing and integration steps. As the healing progresses, the jawbone fully integrates with the implant’s surface, creating a stable, permanent bond. This fusion allows the implant to function like a natural tooth root, supporting chewing and biting forces without loosening. Learn more about dental implants: www.cdanj.com

Dental crowns are custom-made caps that restore strength, function, and appearance, whether it's after a root canal, to support a large filling, or to enhance your smile. Here’s what you can expect from the veneers process. It all starts with a personalized consultation at Christensen Dental Associates, where we assess your oral health and talk through your smile goals. We’ll take digital scans and choose the ideal shade and shape to match your vision. Next comes the prep: Dr. Christensen or Dr. Burke will gently remove a thin layer of enamel and place temporary veneers, giving you a preview of your future smile while your custom ones are made. A couple of weeks later, your permanent veneers are bonded in place, revealing a smooth, natural-looking smile you’ll be proud to show off.

Our team is determined to create more than just beautiful smiles!
Dr. Glickman enjoyed practicing in the Big Apple for 15 years before crossing the bridge into New Jersey. Today, he finds it very rewarding to be able to design and produce beautiful smiles for his neighbors and friends.
“It is very gratifying for me to get to see my patients and their great smiles within my community,” says Dr. Glickman. “When a patient comes to our office for a cosmetic dentistry consultation, we first listen to what they want. Communication is one of the most important aspects of our relationship. We believe in educating our patients so that they have a complete understanding of the treatment necessary to design and produce a dazzling smile.”
