September 10, 17, 24 & October 1

Yoga session is four classes $45. $10 per class with $5 donation to local charity. Yoga class includes gentle stretching to create strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Class is by candlelight with calming music and is good for the beginners as well as more experienced practioners. All you need to know is your right hand from your left! Breath work and meditation are also incorporated to fully relax. The goal is to let all the stress from your daily life be released and that you leave class feeling better and rejuvenated! All you need is a yoga mat and water. Registration form and waiver provided at beginning of class. I have been teaching yoga since 2007 and am a registered yoga teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance as well as insured. I am also a Level II Reiki practioner. Both private yoga and Reiki sessions are available by appointment at my home.
