Well Beings of New Jersey Well Beings provides various classes to live a healthier life! We are sisters who are on a journey to incorporate mindfulness into our BUSY lives.

Our meetings are designed to share and encourage a variety of mindfulness techniques to enhance our lives. Mindfulness practice through meditation is effective for stress, worry, lack of focus, overall health and wellbeing. In meditation, you connect with your true self which is CALMER, PEACEFUL and JOYFUL
