Our classic yoga, Pilates, Strength, and Meditation classes build strength, improve balance, and release tension so you can move through your days with more energy and ease. From dynamic flow to gentle grounding, each class offers a thoughtful blend of movement and stillness, a chance to challenge yourself while staying connected within.

• Aromatherapy Bliss Flow: A Heart-Opening Experience - Saturday | 10:30-11:45 am, with essential oils, guided by Judi Partlo
