Creative Kids Yoga is all about kindness and connection through movement, breath, giggles, and joy.
With singing, stretching, playful poses, and a fun craft project, this class is pure fun for little ones. Led by Kris Lombardi, who brings years of experience working with children, the class creates a joyful and welcoming space for kids to move, breathe, and play together.
A few spots are still open for our next class.

Life moves fast, and our nervous systems feel it. Yoga Nidra offers a simple, powerful way to pause, rest deeply, and care for yourself without effort or expectation. This guided practice supports deep relaxation, helps calm the mind, and allows the body to restore itself at a level beyond ordinary rest.
Join us for Yoga Nidra on February 27th, 6–7 pm, led by Karmen Lehman. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself an hour to slow down, reset, and tend to your well-being. This is time set aside just for you.

Winter has a way of settling into our bodies.
The stiffness. The holding. The sense of moving a little less freely.
As the season shifts, this class is an invitation to shift too.
Strength • Mobility • Balance focuses on feeling capable and steady in your body and building strength that supports your joints, restoring range of motion, and practicing balance in ways that carry into everyday life. This is not about pushing harder. It’s about moving with intention, awareness, and trust.
This series runs March 4 – April 15.
No class on 3/16, 3/30, or 4/1.
You can sign up for Mondays and/or Wednesdays, and participate in studio, live online, or via recording. We want this to fit your life!
