“You keep worrying you’re taking up too much space.
I wish you’d let yourself be the Milky Way.”
-Andrea Gibson
Sometimes getting on your mat is how you remember who you are.
Not the roles you carry.
Not the ways you’ve learned to make yourself smaller.

Just breath. Body. Presence.

At Yoga 4 All, the mat is a place to come home-
to take up space without explanation,
to move and rest in ways that feel true,
to remember your beautiful, wonderful wholeness,
and to reconnect with the steadiness, strength, and goodness already within you.

You don’t need to fix yourself.
You don’t need to earn your place.
Just arrive.
And remember.    We are here for you!

Yoga + Acupuncture Workshop
This special workshop weaves together Gentle/Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture to create a deeply calming, supportive experience for both body and nervous system.

The yoga portion is led by Beth Major of Yoga 4 All, offering slow, mindful movement and fully supported poses designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and invite ease. The practice is accessible and grounding, with an emphasis on helping you feel safe, comfortable, and at rest in your body.

During final relaxation (Savasana), participants will receive a mini acupuncture session from David Fife, owner of Lake Country Acupuncture. With over 20 years of experience, David offers acupuncture while you remain supported and still, allowing the benefits of both practices to work together to enhance relaxation, ease pain, and support overall well-being.

No previous yoga or acupuncture experience is necessary. Mats and all props are provided to create a cozy, spa-like environment. Participants will have time before class to meet with David to share any areas of focus or concern.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, receive care, and experience the powerful synergy of gentle yoga and acupuncture.
