Hollee is the behind-the-scenes problem solver here at West Michigan Family Medicine, keeping everything running smoothly so patients and providers can focus on what matters most—great care. As the Medical Practice Manager, she juggles daily operations, staff coordination, scheduling, billing oversight, and about a hundred other moving pieces with organization, efficiency, and a good sense of humor.

With 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, Hollee enjoys streamlining processes, supporting the team, and creating a welcoming, patient-friendly environment. She takes pride in being a go-to resource for staff, providers, and patients and believes that a happy team leads to happy patients.

When not keeping the practice on track, Hollee enjoys sewing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends (and pets too) and is always up for a coffee run and a thrifting trip!

🇺🇸 Did you know Presidents Day is always celebrated on the third Monday in February… which means it can fall anywhere between February 15 and February 21? Because of that, the holiday never actually lands on George Washington’s real birthday of February 22. A birthday celebration that never happens on the birthday!

Have you met Elaine Ching, RN ? 👋 Elaine has been supporting our patients and families since 2016. She works closely with individuals to help them understand their care plans, manage medications and assist with lifestyle modifications to improve control of chronic conditions.

Getting to know patients beyond their medical diagnoses, she is able to walk with you through whatever health challenges come your way.

Outside of work, she prioritizes her family and enjoys organizing events to bring her family together. She has a love for traveling, reading, cooking and spending time with her granddog, “Fish”.
