Anyone else?

I recently (finally) got this diagnosis which we all kinda knew all along. I am choosing to see it as my magik. It's what has allowed me to juggle things -like being a bartender with a crowd, or to be an entrepreneur ❤️

I was recently in a class for spiritual entrepreneurs and someone said ok I have ADHD and then asked the question they had and the teacher said we all do 😂 it's why we are here. And why we teach yoga. Cause it is our path too- to calm our minds.

It's what makes us us. At the extreme sometimes this diagnosis might need some meds. But for now I'm just running with my own brand of being sped up most days and knowing that some days my sweet hubby will say. Wait what are we talking about? I still haven't learned to read your mind .... Love him. But sometimes yes. I get ahead of myself and forget to text back ..... ❤️

Love you all. Embrace your own style of magik and being and know that we all are a little neurodivergent in our own ways.

Happy mother's day 💕
This mother's day is extra special for me as I watch my amazing daughter in law step into motherhood. And yes she is amazing and truly one of my favorite people.

She and my son have the cutest baby and are doing such a great job. And as the grandma? I just get to show up for cuddles. My friends who are grandmas have said how special this is and they are so right.

So I gathered some silly quotes for us to celebrate these times.

Hug your kids. Hug your mom if she's still here, if she's not:( light a candle and write her a letter she will feel the love.

Today was such a beautiful day of parties.
Honored to be able to be part of people's celebrations!

Started the day .studio for a beautiful bridal shower so full of love and good people 💕

And ended it with some wonderful people in Asbury park at a house party.

Bonus? Ice cream from that is out of this world - good to come home with! And a sweet gift from the hostess with the mostess to ring in my new role as Grandma (note the last card - my goal to be that amazing woman in mine is cups)
