I got called out on my own BS.

A few months back, I hired a mentor to help me, see and clear some blind spots that I was encountering as I was growing as a leader, entrepreneur, and human.

What I found to be so astounding, is having a fresh perspective from someone that is looking outside of the bottle in a certain part of my business helped me get utter clarity.

To be honest in the journey of reinvention evolution growth, there’s moments that are really hard especially when you have to take a look at something that needs to change.

That something is your operating reality, where am I going with this …….
that just because you’ve hit a crossroads a roadblock or a resistance,

Does it mean you can’t knock it down obliterate it and get through it, you simply need someone to guide you support you give you non-biased feedback in their expertise of what you’re trying to deal with,

so remember the best mentors have mentors l, the best teachers are teachable,
and it is an evolution of constantly growing and investing in ourselves and making ourselves not better because there’s anything wrong with us,

but better to elevate our own selves

so think about where are you finding resistance?

Where are you having self doubt?
