They don’t call it the "Aqua-dural" for nothing! Immersing yourself in warm water during labor can be a total game-changer—helping your body relax, easing contractions, and even reducing the need for medical pain relief.
Hydrotherapy can:
🌊 Soothe sore muscles and ease tension

🌊 Encourage movement to find your rhythm in labor
