Most of the world fails this basic test of strength 💪

Research has consistently shown that most adults lack the upper-body strength-to-weight ratio to complete even a single strict pull-up. Large-scale fitness assessments have found that fewer than 10% of women and only about 20–30% of men can perform one, and that’s including LOOSE form. When you strip it down to a clean, controlled pull-up (chin clearly over the bar, no kip, no swing), estimates drop to around 5% of the general population who can truly do it.

That’s why the pull-up is such a powerful separator. If you can grab the bar and crank out even one proper rep, you’re already in rare company. If you can rep them out or add weight? You’re in the elite few worldwide who can.
