At The Health Center, our Care Coordinators are the glue that holds our services together. They play a vital role in helping students navigate and access the medical and mental health care they need—right at school. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-up care, or supporting students through complex systems, our Care Coordinators ensure that no student falls through the cracks. Their compassion, consistency, and connection are what make timely care possible for the youth we serve...............................................................................
En el Centro de Salud, nuestros Coordinadores de Atención son el pilar fundamental de nuestros servicios. Desempeñan un papel fundamental para ayudar a los estudiantes a acceder a la atención médica y de salud mental que necesitan, directamente en la escuela. Ya sea programando citas, coordinando el seguimiento o apoyando a los estudiantes en sistemas complejos, nuestros Coordinadores de Atención se aseguran de que ningún estudiante quede excluido. Every day, they make a difference in the lives of hundreds of students—offering support, guidance, and a safe space to be seen and heard. We’re so grateful for the care and compassion they bring to our school community.
