I had the pleasure of presenting Introduction to CranioSacral Therapy this weekend at ABE Massage School in Richland, WA.

This was my second time offering this class—and my first time bringing it to ABE. Each group brings something different, and I really appreciated the thoughtful energy many students brought to the room. There was a genuine curiosity and willingness to explore something new, which made for some meaningful moments of learning and connection.

We covered foundational concepts, practiced hands-on techniques, and held space for questions, discussion, and discovery. Sharing this work continues to be a deeply rewarding experience for me.

A heartfelt thank-you to ABE Massage School for the warm welcome, and to the students who showed up with openness and intention.

🏃‍♀️💥 Just tackled the Umatilla Rim Ripper 1/2 Marathon this past weekend — and wow, what a race!

This was hands-down one of the most challenging runs I’ve ever done, with tough climbs and rugged terrain that definitely lived up to the name… but the views? Absolutely breathtaking 🌲⛰️🔥

Despite the grind, it was so much fun and an unforgettable experience. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat. 💪💯

Big thanks to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who made it happen — already looking forward to next year!

Just attended The Brain Speaks One craniosacral class—and what an amazing journey! 🧠✨ We explored how to listen to the brain and central nervous system through subtle palpation and holding space. I’m already integrating what I learned into my work and seeing the difference it makes.
Not only did I gain powerful new tools, but I also made some wonderful new friends and reconnected with familiar faces along the way. Grateful for the meaningful conversations and shared learning. 🙌

🌄 Weekend Wild: 33 Miles in the Blue Mountains, 5.4 in the Tucannon 🏞️🐾⁣

This weekend was one for the books—33 miles of riding through the rolling Blue Mountain foothills, then lacing up for a 5.4-mile trail run deep in the Tucannon Wilderness. Pure grit, fresh air, and nonstop views.⁣
⁣
🔥 Best moment? Spotting a baby bear up in a tree right above us- 😳 (Where’s mom?)- humbling, beautiful, and a little adrenaline spike to top it all off.⁣

It’s not just about covering ground—it’s about connecting with the wild, chasing the unknown, and building stories that stick with good friends!

🌿 Just Wrapped Up Something Special 🌿
This past weekend, I had the honor of presenting an Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy class — and what an incredible experience it was! ✨
It was such a joy to share space with curious, open-hearted learners who are passionate about deepening their understanding of the body’s natural healing intelligence. We explored stillness, subtle rhythms, and the power of gentle touch — and I left feeling inspired by the energy in the room.
Grateful to everyone who showed up, asked thoughtful questions, and leaned into the work. Teaching this class reminded me why I love what I do.
