New favorite quick dinner recipe!

Ground beef over cabbage steaks with a harissa greek yogurt dipping sauce 😋 😍

472 calories with 44g of protein with my proportions. Took about 10 minutes in all to throw together. Perfect. Eat whole foods ❤️

My current food obsession:

Smoked salmon bowls 😍

Smoked salmon, jasmine rice, cucumber, edamame, sesame seeds and homemade Sriracha mayo on the side. Yummers.

I've been eating a fairly large porting but this is easy to scale up or down depending on your calorie needs. Over 40g of protein. Utterly delicious and super filling.

Second reminder: this is true for creating non-fitness related growth as well.

Five weeks post-op! Sat on my pony while I watched the ladies ride in the sun. Happy Friday everyone! Remember to find joy everywhere you can and take care of yourself. It's graduation week for kids, parents, teachers and I see lots of folks on a rollercoaster.

Take a deep breath. Do something for yourself. You got this 🤗

Okay, wonderful Walla Walla humans.

We are hosting a blood drive at our gym Wednesday June 19th, which is a government holiday, from 11-4! I will have awesome snacks, cute chickens, and other various farm critters around to cheer you on while you support others and help save a life.
