Product Review:

Life-Flo pure magnesium oil spray.

Application: spray on then massage into the area

Reason: muscle spasms in back and rib cage

Results: 20 min after application with very little rubbing in spasm decreased 1 hour later spasm is gone.

Where to buy: Andy's Market in College Place

Cons: can't do my whole back without help

Pros: can be used daily, non-greasy and no unpleasant odor
