Dear Friends,

As many of you know, it’s been a challenging time since the loss of my sweet husband and business partner. During this period, I’ve taken time to heal and reflect. I’m now ready to move forward and bring a renewed focus to my journey toward healthy living.

With that in mind, I’m excited to announce that my business page will be revamped and rebranded under a new name: Pure Earthly Essentials by Meg

This change will mark a new chapter, filled with fresh content, tips, and inspiration for living a healthier, more natural life.

Does anyone else have difficulty sleeping - especially when its a full moon like me?

I love my Serenity stick from dōterra that also includes Valerian. I rub it on my wrists, my chest and the back of my neck. Once I massage it in, I take 2-3 deep breaths and then it's "la la" land for me!

Last week Will needed to have three baby teeth removed and three adult teeth exposed with chains attached to help them come down. Nasty right??

He underwent general anesthesia and this is a photo of him in recovery with big ice bags around his jaw.

He was given a LOT of pain meds at the hospital, but I was hoping I could use something more natural at home.

I pulled out my Copaiba touch, Myrrh and Clove essential oils. As soon as we got in the car to drive home, I rubbed the Copaiba on his jaw line. When we got home I put one drop of both Myrrh and Clove in a large glass of water for him to drink. (I continued doing this through the weekend.)

Now, Will has a high tolerance for pain, but I kept asking - "any booboos?" and I he would say "no"!! The next day same thing - no pain. When I investigated his mouth there was no redness, no infection and he was in no pain!!

I love being able to use natural products to treat him ❤️
