Our mat classes and private training sessions are designed to be challenging while maintaining a commitment to precise form. We believe that everyone comes in with a different set of strengths and limitations that should be respected and celebrated. Hi everyone. Sydney is unable to teach tonight. In order to not have to cancel it will be taught as a Pilates class by Paula. We apologize for the short notice.
