WTL-The Way, Truth, & Life Outreach is the umbrella organization for Waller Pregnancy Care Center and Family Way Empowerment. Both of these programs provide hope to women and men facing an unplanned pregnancy by educating and empowering countless young families throughout Waller and the surrounding counties. We are committed to meeting the needs of the whole family. Whether you have a newborn or toddler, our sessions and activities can help you with the dynamics of being a new parent. The goal of our programs is to educate and empower parents to make the best decisions for their children and themselves. Professional consultants and trained advocates are available to assist you.
