Raking leaves shouldn’t leave you aching! 🍁🍂

Fall yard work is great exercise, but it can also put extra stress on your back, shoulders, and knees if you’re not careful. Keep your joints happy this season with these simple tips:

🍁 Warm up first – A few minutes of stretching helps loosen muscles before you start.
🍁 Use your legs, not your back – When lifting bags or piles of leaves, bend at the knees and keep your spine straight.
🍁 Switch sides – Alternate hands and raking directions to prevent overuse injuries.
🍁 Take breaks – Don’t power through fatigue; short rests can help prevent strain.
🍁 Use the right tools – Lightweight, ergonomic rakes and tools make a big difference!
