💫 Celestial Harmonies 💫

We are made of stardust, the elements of the Universe residing within our human vessel. Discover the celestial harmony that makes up your mind, body, and Soul as we embrace the practice of yin yoga, astrological wisdom, Mabon mystique, and the alchemy of sound healing. Beginning our star born experience cleansing our energy with sacred smoke and connecting to Spirit through a collective oracle reading. Awakening the mind, learning the significance of the New Moon in Virgo and delving into the energy of the empowering solar eclipse and our astrological blue print. Softening the nervous system through the breath, essential oils, EFT, and affirmations. Slowly moving upon the earth for a deeply restorative yin and reiki practice. Finding stillness and vibrational healing during a transcendental sound journey. Returning to this dimension in space and time for Mabon magic and elemental ritual. Pausing for reflection, allowing for one another to share and witness the evolution of our experience together.

🌀 access the healing powers of yoga and acupuncture 🌀

Rest, renew, and realign the energetic, physical, and spiritual body during this 75 minutes of “me” time. Deonna will guide you through gentle movement and into the restful practice of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided experience assisted with cushy props to enhance relaxation as you enter a deep state of meditation. This state of consciousness takes you between awake and sleep where you feel as if time is lost and everything becomes still and connected. It is said that an hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to four hours of restorative sleep. As you enter this dream like state Anne will further deepen our practice with auricular acupuncture. Auricular acupuncture is focused on the acupressure points in the ears. These points are connected to certain organs and energy centers. When activated during acupuncture they can help to bring balance to the physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual body while creating an intensely relaxed state.

Enjoy a luscious slow flow movement practice and playful fireside drumming ritual that awakens the heart, unlocks the inner child within, and connects you to Pachamama, the Earth below, the heavens above, Mama Killa, and the Divine essence of the self. August's New Moon is a seasonal Black Moon, which won't occur again for another three years. A unique celestial alignment to enhance the energy of Sacred Pulse. ✨ classes at the Wallingford Parks and Rec ✨

Did you know that I offer classes at the Wallingford Parks and Rec? These classes are a cost effective way to practice with me regularly outside of my classes at Good Vibes Yoga Studio. Class registration for the Fall is officially open! I will be offering one weekly class this season, Yin Yoga & Reiki Fridays at 9:30am. Be sure to sign up sooner rather than later. Classes require a minimum of 8 sign ups in order to run for the entire Fall session. You do not need to be a Wallingford resident to partake in these classes and cost is the same for residents and nonresidents. This is a beautiful cost effective way to practice with me as I support you on your self care journey. Check out the details in the image below or visit their website to sign up. 🪘 Sacred Pulse 🪘

Gather under the setting sun and August’s rising New Moon in Virgo to discover the sacred pulse that resides within. Uniting in spiritual community, circling around the pool and fire, for a journey that awakens the heart and connects you to Pachamama and Mama Killa. Opening with a powerful message from Spirit through a collective oracle reading. Moving through a luscious slow flow movement practice, deepened with essential oil enhanced breathwork, and sealed with a reiki infused sound journey. Cleansing energy with sacred smoke in preparation for a playful drumming experience. Using the pulse of our drums and rattles, and the power of our voices to unlock the inner child within that has been silenced for far too long. Closing our journey with an abundance ritual, using fire to send our seeds of light to the heavens above as we manifest with the stars and moon.

As we gathered around the sacred fire at Good Vibes Yoga Studio on 8/8, our Lion’s Gate Portal ritual embodied the powerful lion(ess) within. Releasing what we’re calling into our path to fire, the smoke and the whispers of our deepest desires sent to the heavens above to cocreate our reality with Spirit. Using this powerful affirmation during an EFT enhanced meditation as we gazed upon the fire. 🔥
