✨🌕 Full Moon Magic happening in TWO WEEKS 🌕✨

Gather under May’s Full Flower Moon in Scorpio for a yogic ceremony and divinely cosmic ritual. Beginning with breath, oracle wisdom, and writing down what needs to be let go of, releasing first to paper. Moving through this experience, bringing awareness to the intention of letting go of whatever weighs heavy in the mind and body, noticing misaligning thoughts and attachments that is creating the dissonance within. Watching the sun dip below the horizon, painting a gorgeous watercolor masterpiece of intense colors, creating pure magic for our eyes to indulge in as we move through a lunar yoga flow. Sunlight slowly disappears with each movement made while watching the moon rise, feeling Mama Killa, Mother Moon’s divine calming feminine and compassionate energies wash over you. Bathing in her soft, cleansing glow, resting in a vibrational sound journey. Closing in a sacred supportive circle, releasing what no longer aligns to the water and earth. Offering opportunity to be witnessed and held by kindred Spirits, feeling strong and confident to continue on the Dharmic path.

Take some time to realign physically and energetically during this reiki enhanced yin yoga and sound healing journey under April’s New Moon in Aries. Beginning with a collective oracle reading, intention setting, essential oil infused breathwork, and a new moon meditation. Mindfully moving and resting in deeply restorative earthbound yin poses to release tension in the soft tissue of the body while reconnecting with the self. Allow yourself to be held with the healing touch of reiki as you rest in each pose for several minutes. 🧿 a Spring Equinox self care invitation 🧿

Find balance between light and shadow, rest and movement, yin and yang as we welcome Ostara, the Spring Equinox. As the sunlight continues to slowly grow our bodies awaken, thawing from our frozen winter hibernation, rebirthed anew. Gathering in community for a spiritual journey that embodies these shifts in nature and within ourselves. Begin by igniting intuitive connection through breath and oracle as energy is cleared from space and body with the use of sacred smoke. Activate expression through soulful sound, playfully singing and drumming as you connect with your inner child. Finding stillness, meditating and sipping on Mama Cacao’s sweet nectar as she opens and expands your heart space and capacity to experience love, compassion, and forgiveness, as well as processing grief. Pausing to journal what arises, releasing energy and attachment to paper. Moving the body, releasing physical and emotional tension through united asana and pranayama. Returning to stillness as the body rests in a guided sound bath supported by reiki, exploring the depths of the Soul and the dualities within. Sealing the experience by sharing and witnessing one another’s journeys in a loving, healing container held by kindred Spirits.
