We pride ourselves on a patient-centered approach, listening closely to each patient and designing custom treatment plans that work for you. OUR MISSION: At Park Avenue Medical, we strive to deliver excellent care to the Wallingford community. We know how important it is to have high quality services available close to home, where it matters. We also pride ourselves in investing in the future and

accepting many nursing students from the local area to give back to our community. We offer a variety of services, including primary care and substance misuse management for opioid addiction and alcoholism. We also offer trigger point injections for chronic pain, nasal ketamine (Spravato®) for treatment-resistant depression, and medical ma*****na card certification.

Meet our founders, Dr. Said and Nada Shaarbaf🩺⚕️✨️

Their path began after immigrating to the United States in the late 90s, starting as a phlebotomists while working toward his medical career, and earning her masters.
Doc completed his Internal Medicine residency at North Shore Universitv Hospital in New York building the clinical foundation that continues to guide his work today.
After years across multiple healthcare systems, a vision to create something more personal and intentional was born. They founded Park Avenue Esthetics a space where clinical expertise meets thoughtful refined care.
That vision became Park Avenue Medical, and soon after Park Avenue Esthetics.
Today, their approach is rooted in precision, trust and natural results. Care that feels elevated, but never impersonal
Outside of the office, Dr Said enjoys soccer, traveling with family and friends, watching TV, and enjoying qreat food, especially shawarma and dolma.
And Nada finds inspiration in travel, interior design, and the quiet moments of everyday life, whether that's reading, swimming, or unwinding with her favorite shows.
