Dealing with tight hip flexors? Lizard pose stretches the outer hip muscles, including the gluteus medius.

After a long day at the office, lizard pose can be the perfect way to reset from that chair.

✨From a high lunge, place both hands on the floor to the inside of your right foot.
✨Hold here, or, for a deeper stretch, place your forearms onto the floor.

Flip your practice upside down!

Lexy will lead this fun and challenging playshop designed to teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat.

We will warm up with a short but vigorous vinyasa flow designed to lay the foundation for balancing on the hands (expect to fire up your core!) and then explore a variety of arm balances and how to transition in and out of them.

Come with a playful attitude and no expectations!

Wellness practices come in many forms. Among these, Meditation, Pranayama and Energy Work are often cited as 3 powerful and effective ways to cultivate to the mind, body & spirit connection.

Meditation is a mental practice that can promote relaxation and improve overall mental health. You will discuss and learn the importance of a personal practice and lead into teaching others the basics of shamata meditation.

Pranayama, or controlled breathing practices, are the gateway to opening our subtle bodies. You will review, practice teach and learn practices for different applications.

Subtle body or Energy connections are accessed through the teaching and understanding of chakras, koshas, vayus, mudras and more. You will discuss these subtle energies and work with each other to teach them in connection to pranayama work.

No experience necessary. Open to all yoga teachers, wellness professionals and therapists.
