Yesterday was an incredible day for our association as we gathered for another successful Connecticut Statewide Hospice & Palliative Care Summit. It was truly a day filled with education, meaningful connections, collaboration, and renewal.

Healthcare professionals from across the state came together to learn, share ideas, celebrate one another, and strengthen our commitment to compassionate care. From inspiring speakers to valuable conversations and networking, the energy in the room reminded us all how important this work truly is.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, supported, sponsored, presented, and helped make this event such a success. Your dedication to hospice and palliative care continues to make a difference in the lives of so many patients and families throughout Connecticut.

Thank you to Franciscan Home Care and Hospice Care for hosting the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home at your annual breakfast this morning. It was wonderful catching up with longtime colleagues, reconnecting with friends, and meeting new faces dedicated to serving our community.
