At Best Life Hearing Center, we believe that the best way to keep our patients informed about the hearing world is to be continued students ourselves. That’s why Dr. Micacci spent last week in Washington DC attending the Academy of Doctors of Audiology AuDacity conference! She learned a lot about new hearing technology and practices, and can’t wait to apply what she’s learned to her work at BLHC! 🩵💚🧡

🌟 Today I had the privilege of attending the American Academy of Doctors of Audiology’s Lobby Day in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

We met with lawmakers to advocate for the Medicare Audiology Access Improvement Act (MAAIA)—legislation that will make hearing and balance care more accessible for millions of Medicare beneficiaries.

Expanding access to audiology services means reducing barriers, eliminating unnecessary costs, and ensuring patients get the quality care they deserve. 👂💙
