Train for Life is an in-home personal training studio, owned and operated by Sue Dechello. It is in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and away from the road with ample parking. The studio is a clean, pleasant space with state of the art equipment. Only one client at a time is seen in the studio, giving each client the ability to choose his/her own music, lighting and temperature. This is the sit to rise or “no hands” test…it involves core strength, overall flexibility and mobility and some research suggests its a good predictor for longevity! Maybe a good goal for 2025!💪🏻
