Train for Life is an in-home personal training studio, owned and operated by Sue Dechello. It is in a beautiful area, surrounded by nature and away from the road with ample parking. The studio is a clean, pleasant space with state of the art equipment. Only one client at a time is seen in the studio, giving each client the ability to choose his/her own music, lighting and temperature. Sue has a masters degree in social work and has been a CPT since 2007. Specialization: Corrective Exercise Training Certifications: NASM - CES, 2019 AFAA/NASM - CPT 2007 Aaron L.
