The discomfort — it’s part of the journey.

⍰ More Satisfying?  

🌎 It may be a very humanitarian answer, earth oriented answer, health and healing answer, and if it isn’t love it is distractor.

💓 If the answer isn’t LOVE, the “ONLY IF” thing is a distractor.

🌀Each Distractor will have a flavor of “this is good, this is bad” “this is right, this is wrong.” That is not LOVE oriented, and LOVE Is the answer

Literally it is that easy. Choose love always and learn what life is truly about.

Then free movement encourages the body to activate and release emotional residue held in your tissue.

🌅✨ Tonight’s the night! I’m guiding an Equinox Energy Workshop at Sattva Wellness Collective from 5:30–7 PM. This is one of my favorite times of year to pause, reset, and align with the energy of balance the equinox brings. 🌿💫

✨ Radical Acceptance of Self ✨

Have you ever allowed every sensation — pleasant or uncomfortable — to be welcomed as a friend?

Radical acceptance means meeting yourself exactly where you are: no judgment, no ridicule, no pressure to be more or less. 💜

The only moment you have direct influence over is right now. To be fully present, you must radically accept all of you — your actions, mistakes, accomplishments, physical pains, even your broken dreams.

When you embrace yourself in this way, you return to the present moment — not lost in the past or worried about the future.
