🧠 The brain hemispheres dominate in either being predominately thinking or feeling.

❤️‍🩹 The right brain is for feeling emotions and healing the body.

🧐 The left brain is for thinking, analyzing, and decision making.

🌪️ When too much time is spent in the left thinking brain, feeling and healing can be disrupted. You determine how much healing is possible by how much time you devote to thinking or feeling.

⏳ Activate the right brain through being artistic, creative, DANCING, listening to music, using your non-dominant hand to heal the body, ease the emotions, and give the thinking brain a much needed rest.
