We are so incredibly proud of our collective creation of INDIGO Yoga in Walnut Creek! We have the greatest group of teachers, gorgeous space and the most wonderful community of students, clients and musician and artists. We have had the vision for the longest time to create a space that would house intentional yoga practices, pilates training, dance and art and healing for everyone through massage

, reiki, sound and music. Our space is magical and supported by our amazing group of teachers and healing practitioners. Who in addition to their classes are available for private sessions. The path to gathering our great group was 100% through personal connection. We strive to create a space where you feel taken care of, supported and uplifted. You are invited to join us for a magical evening of shamanic journeying with Kristen Dessange this Friday night!

An immram is a soul quest back to your deepest nature. This sacred journey covers the vast territory of the imaginal mythopoetic realms found in the Mystery of your inner psyche and soul. This sacred space is rich with the signs and symbolism of your inner guidance system, revealing the undercurrent that directs what you experience on the surface.

A shamanic journey awakens the wisdom of your inner world by shifting your perception to the "spaces in between" awakening your "Sight" to see what is hidden in the Mystery of your own soul's nature.

Kristen (Nimuë Druantia Merlina Morgana) will lead you on an Immram, a lucid journey to the "Otherworld" of your inner psyche and soul, to bridge your consciousness to the inner world of your subconscious awareness and soul path.

On the surface, an Immram shamanic voyage looks like a form of meditation where the body is relaxed, and you feel at peace. Under the surface, you awaken your imagination and mythic mind to be carried home to the heart of who you are. Here, you can discover your soul guides, power animals, and medicine area/soul home, and ultimately find answers to your life questions and reconnect to your soul path and purpose.

This is a powerful practice to do as it helps you tap into the inner world of your inner Truth, allowing you to consciously co-create in your waking life the future you envision.

Kristen Nimuë will assist you in how to form your intention, a vital part of what will shape your experience, as well as how to interpret the signs, symbols, and guides you received on your journey.

You will receive messages that will assist you on your life path, with assistance from Kristen Nimuë in how to interpret the signs and messages received on your journey. This will be a ceremonial circle within a strong spiritual container to foster a safe and sacred space with spaciousness for integration and sharing.

This Friday Night! ✨ Oracle Cards: A Playful Exploration + Group Energy Healing
w/ Caleb Neeper

Join Caleb for a fun and playful night exploring oracle cards. You will learn some tips and tricks and how to use them. You'll have the opportunity to explore and use them for self-inquiry and also have the chance to exchange a reading with a partner. It's always fun to see what insight the cards have and use them as a tool to strengthen your own intuition!

To close out the class, you'll receive a guided group energy healing led by Caleb, where he will use his voice and ability to read energy for the whole group and intuitively guide healing energy through and around the class.
All levels welcome, all types of oracle decks are welcome. No prior experience needed, this is a fun night to play around with the cards and learn some tips & tricks on how to best use them.

What to bring:
Please bring one oracle card deck* that you would like to explore, learn from and share, as well as something to write with (please only bring one deck).
Paper/pen for journaling
Wear comfortable clothing for sitting

Solstice: Summer of Dreams with Astrologer Paul Bogle this Saturday, June 14th!

As the Sun reaches its peak in the sky, marking the official start of summer, we find ourselves at the cusp of a season as well as the start of exciting shifts of planetary energies.

This summer features significant astrological events occurring in rapid succession. When changes happen in the sky, changes happen on Earth.

In this class, we will discover how to make the most of these cosmic currents by discussing the planets as they change signs, what past cycles can tell us, and how best to ride the winds of change.

Paul's work is based upon the marriage of divinatory practices and psychology. His love of astrology, tarot, dreamwork, somatic psychotherapy, and traditional healing systems provides a unique and grounded approach to understanding astrology and how to use it as a helpful tool for navigating life's obstacles and blessings!

This Friday night! Sacred Evening of Healing w/ Janine Ellis 🦋
