With insurance rules and time limits it makes it almost impossible to give you the time and the care that you deserve.
🩺In January, I’m switching to Direct Primary Care (DPC) — one flat fee, no insurance middlemen, and the time to actually listen, teach, support, and help you stay healthy. You don’t have to wait until you have 100 concerns — I’m here for you whenever you need me.
🩺I became a doctor to give my patients the best care — to take the time, look at the whole picture, and truly make a difference.
STAY TUNED for exciting updates about my transition to DPC!

It’s been an exhausting few months—leaving a large medical system, building my new practice, moving offices, hiring new staff… all while still seeing my amazing patients and juggling life with my sweet kids & awesome husband. Grateful for this journey and excited to keep growing my solo practice, Tarantino Medical Group, Inc.

Grateful to have attended the ACOFP Annual Convention! Being surrounded by fellow Osetoepathic docs reminds me how proud I am to be a DO and why we do what we do. Leaving inspired, recharged, excited to grow my solo practice with the support of an incredible community of colleagues across the country. Did you know that if you sleep at least 7 hours every night, your life expectancy is 3-5 YEARS longer???Here are some tips to help you sleep! These might seem obvious but have you tried these recommendations to improve your sleep?😴 Try to avoid caffeine after noon/early afternoon and avoid alcohol (makes you tired but makes you skip more restful stages of sleep)😴 No screens for the 30-60 minutes before bed😴 Try not to eat too close to bedtime😴 Nighttime routines are not just for kids! Do something relaxing with low light like reading a boring book, listen to music, stretch or do gentle yoga…😴 Do not hang out in bed or else your brain connects the bed with being awake and not with sleeping! That means no watching TV in bed😴 Go to sleep around the same time every night, wake up around the same time every morning😴 Try guided meditation or breathing exercisesI am really working on getting more sleep. I work too many hours. I have an alarm to close my computer at 10pm, which I ignore. And a 2nd alarm at 10:30, which I also ignore. I’m trying! I can’t wait to tell you that I’m actually turning everything off at 10pm every night!

We have shots!!! We are offering 2024-2025 flu shots & high dose flu shots (for 65years+) & the 2024-2025 Covid-19 shots (for 12yrs+)! Call anytime and bring everyone!

Most commercial insurance and Medicare cover these shots and they are highly recommended to protect from serious complications from Covid-19 & flu. Please ask your insurance to make sure they’re covered!
I’ve seen people with the flu already, super early this year, & I see way worse symptoms and slower recovery in people who aren’t up to date on their shots!
Yes, you could still get sick but shots do a great job preventing severe symptoms and slow recovery. 💉💉
