You've come to the right place. My goal is to get you back out doing what you love to do! My goal is to assist clients in the healing process.

For those seeking immediate relief, from painful conditions and muscle tension, people looking to rid themselves of chronic pain that has been ailing them for months or years. To assist with injury rehabilitation as well as with clients who do not have specific issues. Some clients may be seen twice a week and others once a week. Everyone is different and each session may be different based on the individual needs of the client at the time of assessment which happens before each session. Some clients enjoy slow gliding strokes to help them relax, and others prefer deep sustained pressure and stretching. Worked successfully with clients seeking:
