With every change of season, we are reminded of the eternal cycles of life—death, rebirth, and the in-between spaces that invite us to listen more deeply. This moment in time carries an added layer of magic and intensity, as travel through eclipse season and the fall equinox — powerful cosmic gateways known for illuminating truth, stirring transformation, and realigning us with our soul’s path in harmony and balance with all life.

It’s in these threshold moments that ceremony becomes essential. Ceremony provides the quiet space to enter into the sacred…to connect deeply with the wisdom moving through us.

When the external world feels uncertain, as it does now, we can anchor ourselves in the heart, the body, and the wisdom of nature through ceremony.

Join me for a Sacred Feminine Cacao Ceremony where we will honor the turning of the seasons into fall and the heightened astrological energies of eclipse season. Together, we will create a container to pause, reflect, release, and recalibrate as a prayer for our daily lives.

The eclipses remind us that change is not only inevitable, but sacred. The equinox calls us into balance and harmony. As above, so below…as within, so without.

Growing up as a first-gen Mexicana Americana has been a path of initiation, bringing me to greater clarity and alignment with my sense of Self, my voice, and mi poder.   
I grew up with a lot of confusion—told to blend in, never quite feeling like I belonged here or there. I felt silenced at times, yet determined to carve my own path and share my voice.

I have danced between being the “good girl” (the obedient daughter) and the rule breaker (the rebel with a cause)—all in the name of pursuing my dreams, not what was prescribed, and honoring my truth rather than giving in to what others thought I should be or do.

The road has not always been easy, yet I have never been more proud of showing up in my Latina roots.

As we honor National Latinas Day, I am deeply grateful to the Latinas (and soul sisters) in my life who inspire me every day.

In these wild and disturbing times, we are called back to love. Stay with me for a moment…

I don’t say this lightly and as a bypass of all that is occurring in our personal and collective lives, but rather as a sacred truth. Really feel that in your body…

If you’ve been following me for a while, I trust you already know this to be true (or you wouldn’t be here). And yet, the call to love can feel incredibly challenging in times such as these. I don’t deny this…

In my lived experience, it is opening the heart to love even in the face of hurt, anger, and loss that creates the space for something new to arise. It begins and ends with love – a love that is beyond what the mind thinks love should be, to an embodied remembrance of what love actually is.

Love is the opener of the way. The way forward through a shared humanity and divinity.

In times such as these, we are called back to love to make space for healing. One breath, one step, one moment at a time.

When it feels like an overwhelming mission to stay in the heart, we can turn towards each other to feel our shared humanity and divinity from this open-hearted place.

I feel blessed and grateful to be part of a larger webwork of open-hearted beings who strive to love in the face of so much discord and hate.

I am inspired by them as they reflect that I, too, inspire them. We need one another when we feel lost or overwhelmed in our human experience of all that is happening around us.

It is for this reason that I said yes to my dear friend and sister, Jane Astara Ashley, publisher of Flower of Life Press, when she invited me to contribute to her latest anthology focused on the Magdalene’s message of the way of love. Little did I know when I said yes last July just how needed these messages of love and hope would be needed now.

For me, it has been a much-needed opportunity to honor the ways the Magdalene has come to me as a guide (to inspire others) and to be inspired by the many voices that walk this path of love. Each of us offers our unique medicine and experience of being challenged, while also being open to the healing that is possible through connecting to the sacred within.

And so it is with great honor that I invite you to this incredibly special event…

When the world feels overwhelming, we are invited to turn inward — to our hearts, our wisdom, and our connection with the divine that lives within us. From this place, we can navigate what feels aligned and true.

As spring approaches, we emerge from winter’s slumber — to renew, reawaken, and move forward with intention and love. We emerge with hope and visions for the wisdom of our inner knowing to be brought into the world…to co-create a new reality. Together.

Because even in the face of uncertainty, I feel hope and sacred purpose are still alive within us. Sometimes, we simply need to get quiet to feel it…

When the world feels overwhelming, as it does now, how do you center yourself? When you feel pulled in so many directions, as many women do, how do you ground yourself? When you feel shame for even considering your needs first, how do you embrace it all?  For too long, women have been told to put on a pretty face, grin, bear it, and be strong but silent! We receive so many mixed messages about what it means to be a woman in our culture, creating havoc in our minds. We feel this tension deeply; between what we instinctively KNOW we need/want versus what we’ve been conditioned to think we should be.  In this tension, we may also tap into something deeper than we’ve been conditioned to believe...  We begin to hear, feel, and sense a remembrance of ancient wisdom that is awakening us from the program. We remember what it feels like to see clearly all the ways that the world is calling us to embrace and embody our feminine wisdom. We feel ourselves being brought back into coherence – like tuning a radio onto a station – clearing the static so we feel and hear clearly. We tune into our hearts to lead the way.  In this space, we remember We are loved We are love And we are held. In this space, we come back to center.
 As we move into the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and all it entails, and as the world continues to break our hearts and stretch our limits, there is a space to come and be nourished, held, and replenished. A space that calls you home.  Join me for a free sacred circle in the frequency of the Great Mother. She is the divine feminine archetype that holds us in her loving embrace. She nurtures us so that we may remember and bring our fullness into the world as an embodiment of her love.  Come into this sacred space to open you up to the place within that holds this wisdom, this nurturance, and this unconditional love.
