It's & I thought I'd reshare a couple of my favorite supplements for mental clarity and balancing stress hormones!

Lion's Mane mushroom has become an increasingly popular nootropic in attempts to improve focus. Found in capsules, powders, tinctures and even coffee and coffee alternatives! If you're looking to reduce caffeine consumption but still want to increase mental alertness, Lion's Mane could be a good option.
Ashwaganda is a root that can help balance hormones that may cause our cortisol, stress and sleep to be out of wack. Since I've perpetually had issues with all of those things, I've definitely wanted to give it a try! Also found as a powder you can mix with in a smoothie or tea, the bitterness may be a barrier so capsules could be an alternative for you as well.
