I moved to the Bay Area after completing my Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. I wanted to help pe0ple achieve their fitness goals and better their life. I have been in the Health & Wellness field for 15 years and love it! It’s great to see people transform their bodies and live a healthier lifestyle. No matter what your age or abilities I can help you get in shape. I have experience with training athletes in the NFL, NCAA and local high schools. I enjoy working with the general population helping them with: weight loss, toning, strength gain and nutritional counseling. Hope to see you soon!
