Summer is here😎

We have been super excited to work non-stop for the past year & supporting you through this rollercoaster of a year.

In my Nourishing Mama course we went over one of the most important steps which is REST last week. Something that seems like it should be so simple yet we forget daily to make sure our bodies & mind rest. We practice what we preach and are excited to finally be present with our own family. We will be completely off the grid during our short break to reconnect but cannot wait to be back to take care of all of you re-charged🤗

Happy Monday!

Pediatric adjustments are so important especially getting your little one checked after birth.

Preventing plagiocephaly in the early stages is key.

There are so many babies being born with TOTs where we see reflux, colic, favoring one side, and flattening of the head. If there is early intervention all of this can be easily resolved.

As a new mom all of this can feel super overwhelming but that is what we are here for. We are here to support, navigate, and have an open conversation.

We are here for you!

Never taking advantage of dressing up & being surrounded by awesome mom friends!

When I had my son in 2013 the isolation of motherhood was hard. I cannot even imagine what new moms went through this past year. Entering into such a big role without proper support can lead to challenges for years to come.

Just the feeling of having someone else to relate to, who understand what you are going through as a mom, & be there to cheer you on can dramatically change your motherhood journey.

I am so grateful for the local communities. One of them is Mount Diablo Mother's Club

Salmon, broccoli, & quinoa bowl is super delicious & nutritious.

Easy after work dinner meal😁

Quinoa-make in the instant pot. Wash with water, cover the pot with avocado oil on the bottom. Add water and put quinoa on for 1 minute.

Salmon-either grill or bake in oven.

Steam broccoli
