3 New Classes at Raga!
Excited to add 3 new classes to our schedule, as well as new times for a few others!
UNWIND: This deeply relaxing combination of Yin and Restorative offers profound support for your connective tissues and your nervous system, leaving you feeling good body, mind and soul.
LIFTED: A vinyasa-based strength and conditioning practice designed to empower and challenge. Leaning into Yoga’s deep roots in weight training culture, Lifted combines the energetic flow of sun salutations alongside circuit training strength drills.
YIN YANG YOGA: Yin Yang is a balanced practice with active, energetic yang yoga for building heat and strength, combined with slow, deep, long-held poses of yin. This harmonious blend of two styles provides a well-rounded practice that will leave you feeling strong and calm body, mind, and spirit.
