This is a picture which represents the teachings of the prophet Zoroaster. This teaching is the same teaching that Jesus taught. This is from one of the most ancient religions in Iran from 3,500 years ago. Sananda and Mother Mary also taught me to follow this, We must keep our thoughts, words and actions aligned with the good intentions. As we incorporate these teachings in our life it will help us heal and transform.

I just returned from Calif to the island of Kauai. I needed to complete the editing process on my book. Now I am ready to call the artist. There are many steps to writing a book. I am learning a lot. Release all fear and step into your true heart felt self. Next year is going to be the best year ever. Yes there will be more healing to do but the more we heal our self, the better we feel. I plan to travel more next year and provide more meditations, talks, and in person events. I will let you know my schedule and keep you updated. Sending

Can you believe it is June and almost summer? I have been working on my book and planning for future trips. It is a joy to be able to help people with the private and group channelings. Healing is an inside job but Sananda's brilliant light truly helps people release the pain from the past. I will post the date and time of our next event soon.

We all have to make decisions every day. Remember to trust yourself and honor your choices. Listen to your heart and know you are guided in making decisions. Let go of worry. We all do the best we can. It may feel we made a mistake but later you may realize No it will all work out maybe better than we expected. Trust the process. We come into these lives with a plan. The plan may vary but really

We need to be out in nature to ground and release any trauma or pain coming up now. Our bodies need to move to release the past. Work with your emotions and your body to let go. Two days ago I just let go of lots of pain in my arm. Of course Sananda helped me and today I enjoyed time by the ocean. The sound of soothing waves helps me release.
